Acupuncture to a patient with AGC in Thin-Cytologic Test A case report

It pointed that compare with the reduction in risk of cancer seen after HSIL management; management of AGC seems to have been suboptimal in preventing cervical cancer. There were no reports of therapeutic intervention at home and abroad. AIM: To introduce an effective treatment to patients with AGC in Thin-Cytologic Test.&nbsp; METHODS: Reviewing the past treatment. A patient with AGC in TCT refused further pathological examination. She had black hypomenorrhea, dysmenorrheal and other dis-comfortable. To acupuncture Tianshu, Zigong, Guanyuan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Yanglingquan, with a far-infra red lamp irradiate her belly. Rechecking Thin-Cytologic Test (TCT) after the 3rd amenstrual cycle. RESULT: AGC disappeared after the 2nd amenstrual cycle. The dis-comfortable&nbsp; disappeared too. Another patient with atypical squamous cell and high-risk human papilloma virus (HPV) positive, had been punctured for two amenstrual cycles. Her TCT returned to normal too. CONCLUSIONS: Acupuncture may be a good choice for patients with AGC and atypical squamous cell in Thin-Cytologic Test. Therefore, it is a possible choice for other cervical precancerous lesions. Acupuncture for the patients with this disease is importance for the early prevention of cervical cancer, and it is worth to clinical application.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">KEY WORDS: Atypical glandular cells, Acupuncture, Cervical, Adenocarcinoma</p><p><br/></p>
