<p style="text-align: center;">ZHANG Lizhi , XU Nenggui</p><p style="text-align: justify;">(Medical College of Acu-Moxi and Rehabilitation, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou, 510006, China )</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract: Objective:&nbsp;</strong>To observe the curative effect of two groups of electroacupuncture at low frequency electroacupuncture group (2Hz, 30min) and high frequency electroacupuncture&nbsp; group (100Hz, 30min) on dysphagia after stroke. Compared with the high frequency, low frequency of two parameters of the Korean electro-acupuncture treatment of dysphagia clinical efficacy, in order to explore Han&#39;s electro-acupuncture treatment of dysmorphology of the best stimulus parameters.&nbsp;<strong>Methods: </strong>Sixty patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into two groups: low frequency electroacupuncture&nbsp; group&nbsp; (2Hz,&nbsp; 30min)&nbsp; and&nbsp; high&nbsp; frequency&nbsp; electroacupuncture&nbsp; group&nbsp; (100Hz, 30min). Electroacupuncture at Fengfu, Lianquan points, in the waveform are selected continuous wave, and&nbsp; stimulate&nbsp; the intensity of&nbsp; the patient&nbsp; can be&nbsp; tolerated&nbsp; for the degree of 1&nbsp; day,&nbsp; each treatment&nbsp; needle&nbsp; 30min,&nbsp; continuous&nbsp; treatment&nbsp; for&nbsp; 2&nbsp; weeks&nbsp; (14&nbsp; times).&nbsp; The&nbsp; two&nbsp; groups&nbsp; were observed before and after treatment, and the SSA score and VFSS were used to check the results.&nbsp;<strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong>The efficacy of low frequency electroacupuncture group in improving the swallowing function after stroke was better than that of high frequency electroacupuncture group, and it was better than that of high frequency electroacupuncture group in improving the total effective rate of patients with dysphagia after stroke.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key words:</strong> Acupuncture and moxibustion, dysphagia after stroke, electro-acupuncture, different frequency, Fengfu points</p><p><br/></p>
