<p style="text-align: center;">Yan Jiangtian，Wu Fan</p><p style="text-align: center;">（Hubei university of Chinese medicine，Hubei Wuhan 430061）</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract：Objective: </strong>To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture by Manifestation Points and Root Cause Points combination.&nbsp; <strong>Methods:</strong> 50 cases of POF patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group，the treatment group were given acupuncture by Manifestation Points and Root Cause Points combination treatment, the control group were treated with Climen tablets,1 month as a course. After 3 courses of treatment, observe therapeutic effect and the changes of serum endocrine hormone,&nbsp; ovarian&nbsp; artery&nbsp; blood&nbsp; flow&nbsp; signals,&nbsp; ovarian&nbsp; volume&nbsp; and&nbsp; antral&nbsp; follicle&nbsp; count&nbsp; before&nbsp; and&nbsp; after treatment. <strong>Results:</strong> After finishing treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group is 92.00% while the control group is 88.00%,there was no significant difference between two groups （P＞0.05）.Compared with pre-therapy, FSH、 FSH/LH、 RI、 PI were decreased while E2、 PSV、 AFC were increased in both groups.There were&nbsp; significant&nbsp; differences（P＜0.05）before&nbsp; and&nbsp; after&nbsp; the&nbsp; treatment.&nbsp; Compared&nbsp; between&nbsp; two&nbsp; groups, treatment&nbsp; group&nbsp; has&nbsp; a&nbsp; better&nbsp; effect&nbsp; on&nbsp; improving&nbsp; FSH/LH 、E2、PSV、AFC&nbsp; than&nbsp; control&nbsp; group（P＜0.05）. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Acupuncture by Manifestation Points and Root Cause Points combination has a positive effect on treating POF patients, especially in improving FSH/LH、E2、PSV and AFC, better than the effect of Climen.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key words: </strong>Manifestation Points and Root Cause Points combination; POF; Acupuncture</p><p><br/></p>
