Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion at Baihui acupoint on intractable facial paralysis. Materials and <strong>Methods:&nbsp;</strong> with 60 cases of intractable facial paralysis were included in the standard by Baihui area moxibustion&nbsp; treatment,&nbsp; 1&nbsp; times&nbsp; a&nbsp; day,&nbsp; 15&nbsp; days&nbsp; a&nbsp; course&nbsp; of&nbsp; treatment,&nbsp; according&nbsp; to&nbsp; HouseBrackmann (H-B) facial nerve function evaluation classification respectively before treatment and after treatment of 2 courses records classification, evaluation of clinical curative effect.&nbsp; Results:Baihui&nbsp; area&nbsp; moxibustion&nbsp; for&nbsp; treating&nbsp; intractable&nbsp; facial&nbsp; paralysis&nbsp; cure&nbsp; rate&nbsp; of&nbsp; 75.0%,&nbsp; the&nbsp; total efficiency of 96.7%. Conclusions: the acupuncture point moxibustion area significant efficacy in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis, simple operation It is safe and reliable, and it is a new method for the treatment of this disease.
