<p style="text-align: center;">HOU Youhong, XU Fang&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: center;">(Acupuncture-Hou Inc^®，Canada)</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract:&nbsp; Objective:&nbsp;</strong> To&nbsp; explore&nbsp; the&nbsp; harmoniously&nbsp; herbal&nbsp; and&nbsp; Acu-Moxibustion&nbsp; (mox)&nbsp; treatment&nbsp; fromTraditional&nbsp; Chinese&nbsp; Medicine&nbsp; (TCM)&nbsp; on&nbsp; AIDS&nbsp; /&nbsp; HIV&nbsp; sero-positive&nbsp; antibody&nbsp; together&nbsp; with&nbsp; antiretroviral remedy&nbsp; HAART,&nbsp; the&nbsp; study&nbsp; is&nbsp; engaged&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; relationship&nbsp; between&nbsp; TCM&nbsp; herbal&nbsp; remedy&nbsp; and&nbsp; anti-HIV chemotherapy，and even the systemic mechanism of herbal pharmacology and&nbsp; mox treatment of antiAIDS/HIV.&nbsp;<strong>Methods: </strong>These analyses were carried out in the previous works on various medical institutions referring to AIDS / HIV in China and the relative areas. A series of TCM diagnoses of HIV terms, the effective mechanism of TCM herbal and&nbsp; mox treatment with syndromes diagnosis of differentiation and practical scheme on AIDS cases were included in the paper. <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong> The data presented that the effective trend of TCM herbal remedy and mox obviously is to enhance the immunity system and general health of cases with AIDS / HIV, delaying the natural course of HIV infection and even decreasing the side-effective reaction after antiretroviral&nbsp; remedy&nbsp; of&nbsp; anti-HIV&nbsp; chemotherapy.&nbsp; And&nbsp; it&nbsp; harmoniously&nbsp; improves&nbsp; the&nbsp; efficacy&nbsp; of&nbsp; anti-HIV involved the routine medicines, and helps the advanced living of patients with AIDS, as compared with those without TCM therapy. <strong>Conclusions: </strong>The significant fact shows that a lot of TCM herbal recipes reduce HIV viral load level and increase the level of the lymphocyte CD+4 count or even that of CD+45RA from the central T stem lymphocytes by culturing the positive metabolism and replenishing blood-Qi flow as well as balancing the T cell- mediated immuno-types between Th1 and Th2. It suggests that TCM herbal and mox therapy&nbsp; is&nbsp; one of&nbsp; noteworthy helper for both anti-HIV infection and health-enhancing life- span of those with AIDS / HIV infection.</p><p><strong>Key Words:</strong> TCM, herbal medicine, Acu-Moxibustion, AIDS&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p>
