Compared with all of acupuncture groups, the SP expression was the least in the group of acupuncture the sideward of Yanglingquan and Yinlingquan. Conclusion:As compared with other groups, the positive expression of SP in the local area and the content of the serumwere significantly increased .It is one of the possible factors for the synergistic interaction ofcompatibility in “Complementary Acupoints” .

Key words: Acupuncture;Complementary Acupoints;Adjunct Points;SP expression
