Effect of triple energizer acupuncture method on the opening of mitochondrial membrane channel pore and apoptosis in dementia rats

Tianjin University of TCM, Tianjin 300193,China;3.The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Harbin 150009,China;4.Tianjin Huanhu Hospital, Tianjin 300193,China;)</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong>: <strong>Objective</strong>:&nbsp; This eassy is about the effect of triple energizer acupuncture on the opening of&nbsp; mitochondrial&nbsp; membrane&nbsp; channel&nbsp; pore&nbsp; (mPTP)&nbsp; in&nbsp; dementia&nbsp; rats,&nbsp; and&nbsp; the&nbsp; effect&nbsp; of&nbsp; triple energizer acupuncture on neuronal apoptosis of hartz.&nbsp; Materials and Methods: Ⅱ The value of mouse&nbsp; cortex&nbsp; and&nbsp; cortex&nbsp; mitochondria&nbsp; and&nbsp; the&nbsp; effect&nbsp; of&nbsp; triple&nbsp; energizer&nbsp; acupuncture&nbsp; on mitochondrial&nbsp; membrane&nbsp; channel&nbsp; were&nbsp; investigated&nbsp; by&nbsp; measuring&nbsp; relative&nbsp; fluorescence&nbsp; value (RFU). the apoptotic IHS values of hippocampus and picengzu cells were detected by TUNEL method. <strong>Results</strong>: Ⅱ Compared with the SAMR1 group, the RUF values of SAMP8 control group and non acupoint group decreased&nbsp; significantly, and there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and SAMR1 group. Ⅱ Hippocampus: there was no significant difference in IHS score between each group,&nbsp; p&gt; 0.05; The expression of apoptotic IHS in model group was higher than that in SAMR1 group,&nbsp; p&gt; 0.05; Compared with the model group, the acupuncture group had a decreasing tendency, p &gt; 0.05; Cortex: the score of apoptosis was more than SAMR1 group, p &lt; 0.05; Non acupoint group was greater than SAMR1 group, p &lt; 0.05; The acupuncture group&nbsp; was&nbsp; less&nbsp; than&nbsp; non&nbsp; acupoint&nbsp; group,&nbsp; p&nbsp; &lt;&nbsp; 0.05;&nbsp; Compared&nbsp; with&nbsp; the&nbsp; model&nbsp; group,&nbsp; the acupuncture group had a decreasing tendency, p &gt; 0.05; There was no significant difference in the other groups, p&gt; 0.05. <strong>Conclusion:</strong>The triple energizer acupuncture can inhibit the apoptosis of hippocampal mitochondrial membrane channel and neuron apoptosis in dementia rats.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>:&nbsp; acupuncture,&nbsp; triple&nbsp; energizer&nbsp; acupuncture&nbsp; method,&nbsp; mPTP ,&nbsp; Alzheimer&#39;s&nbsp; disease, neuronal apoptosis</p><p><br/></p>
