Ligation group 1 ligated 1 point on the RN line; ligation group 2 ligated 2 point on the RN line; ligation group 3 ligated 3 point on the RN line; Ligation group 4 ligated 1 point out of the RN line, the ligation width was 1cm, and the ligation interval was 1-2mm. The interstitial fluid pressure wave propagation method was used to measure the amplitude of the interstitial fluid pressure wave propagation of the groups before and after the ligation. Results:The change rate of interstitial fluid pressure wave before and after ligation was 8.17%, -7.83%, -13.27% and -52.80% respectively in four groups. There was no significant difference between the ligation group 4, the ligation group 1 and the ligation group 2 after ligation, but the change rate of the three groups increased from positive to negative. The amplitude of the ligation group 3 was significantly reduced (P<0.01) after ligation compared to before ligation. Conclusion:The ligation method can establish a stable pathological model of channel blockage.

Key words: Meridian;Ligation; Channel Blockage; Rats; Interstitial Fluid Pressure Wave
