The interstitial fluid pressure wave propagation method was used to measure the amplitude of the interstitial fluid pressure wave propagation of the groups before and after the ligation. Results: The change rate of interstitial fluid pressure wave before and after ligation was 8.17%, -7.83%, -13.27% and -52.80% respectively in four groups. There was no significant difference between the ligation group4, the ligation group 1and the ligation group 2after ligation, but the change rate of the three groups increased from positive to negative. The amplitude of the ligation group 3was significantly reduced (P<0.01) after ligation compared to before ligation. Conclusion:The ligation method can establish a stable pathological model of channel blockage.

Key words: Acupunctureand moxibustion, Meridian, Ligated, Tissue fluid
