T o&nbsp; observe&nbsp; the effects of moxibustion and acupuncture on local point area organization immune cells, immune factors and metabolism in physiology and CAG pathological state;&nbsp; 2. T o reveal the regulation mechanism differences between Moxibustion and Acupuncture on local points area on physiology and CAG pathological.&nbsp; Methods:&nbsp; 1. MNNG ally&nbsp; multi-factor method replicate&nbsp; CAG model rats, with acupuncture and moxibustion as intervention, set up the normal&nbsp; group,&nbsp; normal+moxibustion&nbsp; group&nbsp; and&nbsp; normal+acupuncture&nbsp; group,&nbsp; model&nbsp; group, model+moxibustion&nbsp; group,&nbsp; model+acupuncture&nbsp; group,&nbsp; according&nbsp; to&nbsp; the&nbsp; subjects&nbsp; factorsintervention groups, HE staining to observe each group rats gastric histopathological features;&nbsp; &nbsp;2. The immunohistochemical method to detect the local&nbsp; points&nbsp; area tissue neuropeptide (SP, NPY, CGRP, slow excitation peptide), histamine receptor, inflammatory factor (IL-1 beta, IL -&nbsp; 6, IL -&nbsp; 10, IL&nbsp; -&nbsp; 18, TNF alpha) content;3. The way of moxibustion and acupuncture stimulation of local &quot;ST&nbsp; 36&quot;&nbsp; point&nbsp; area tissue metabolism have different effects, moxibustion has affected the local tissue of energy metabolism, glycolysis, nucleic acid metabolism, taurine, choline phosphate metabolism.&nbsp; Acupuncture mainly affects the local tissue of energy metabolism, amino acid metabolism, nucleic acid metabolism and glycolysis.&nbsp; In the CAG pathological state local &quot;ST&nbsp; 36&quot;&nbsp; point&nbsp; area tissue metabolism disorders, mainly&nbsp; displays&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; neurotransmitter&nbsp; metabolic&nbsp; disorders&nbsp; and&nbsp; energy&nbsp; metabolism&nbsp; disorders.After&nbsp; moxibustion&nbsp; intervention&nbsp; mainly&nbsp; adjust&nbsp; the&nbsp; local&nbsp; hole&nbsp; area&nbsp; organization&nbsp; disorders&nbsp; of neurotransmitter, on energy metabolism also play a regulatory role;&nbsp; After acupuncture intervention mainly&nbsp; adjust&nbsp; the&nbsp; local&nbsp; hole&nbsp; area&nbsp; organization&nbsp; the&nbsp; neurotransmitter&nbsp; metabolic&nbsp; disorder&nbsp; state. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: 1. Moxibustion and acupuncture have different regulation effects on local points area organization&nbsp; &nbsp;of immune cells, the commonness of moxibustion and acupuncture regulation&nbsp; is promote&nbsp; the&nbsp; local&nbsp; point&nbsp; district&nbsp; organization&nbsp; the&nbsp; accumulation&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; immune&nbsp; cells,&nbsp; and moxibustion effect is better than acupuncture, the difference has nothing to do with the body&#39;s disease states. 2. The generality of the physiological state of moxibustion and acupuncture in order to&nbsp; promote&nbsp; the&nbsp; local&nbsp; hole&nbsp; area&nbsp; of&nbsp; tissue&nbsp; inflammation&nbsp; state,&nbsp; members&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; opposite&nbsp; sex&nbsp; as proinflammatory role way different.&nbsp; The pathological state of moxibustion and acupuncture for adjusting&nbsp; the&nbsp; local&nbsp; points&nbsp; area&nbsp; organization&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; generality&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; inflammatory&nbsp; state, heterosexual as the moxibustion as proinflammatory response, acupuncture tend to inhibition of inflammation.3.&nbsp; Physiological&nbsp; state&nbsp; of&nbsp; moxibustion&nbsp; and&nbsp; acupuncture&nbsp; for&nbsp; the&nbsp; generality&nbsp; of&nbsp; the metabolic state of active, the opposite sex for the biological effect difference, moxibustion tend to promote the local tissue cells apoptosis, acupuncture tend to the neurotransmitter regulation.
