<p style="text-indent:28px">The 8^th ISO/TC249 Plenary Meeting was held in Hong kong from 5^th to 8^th June. More than two hundred delegates attended the meeting, who came from over thirteen countries including China, Australia, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Thailand and A-level liaison organizations including WFAS.</p><p style="text-indent: 28px; text-align: center;">WFAS appointed vice president from Norway and five experts including Zhao Hong, Wang Fang, Wang Jingjing and Liu Jia from China to attend this meeting. Director Zhao Hong from Research Institute of CACMS hosted the meeting of the 3^rd Working Group as its temporary convener, discussing four proposals concerning acupuncture-moxibustion.
