The Society Management Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is managed by the Society Department of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology, coordinated by the Society Department, and provided by China Science and Technology (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. with technical and operational services. The Student Service Center organizes and implements it to support the informationization construction of national societies, establish talent management in the science and technology industry, and promote academic exchange and interaction between scientists and experts, A unified management platform for various business systems and data tailored to the actual needs of the national society.

This agreement is jointly entered into between this platform and platform users (hereinafter referred to as "you") regarding the registration, use, and related matters of this platform. The various rules that have been or may be published on this platform are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. Your registration and use of this platform will be deemed as your acceptance of all the contents of this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement, please abandon or terminate your registration and use.

This platform has the right to modify this agreement and platform rules according to the requirements of relevant departments or the need to improve services, and make public announcements through the platform. If you continue to use the services of this platform after the amendment of the agreement, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the revised terms of this agreement and platform rules.

Article 1 User Rights and Obligations

（1） Under the recognition and acceptance of platform rules (including various systems, agreements, methods, norms, etc.), natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations with full civil capacity have the right to register on the platform. After approval, you can become a platform user. When registering to use the platform, please ensure that you have the necessary conditions to become a platform user and can take full responsibility for all your actions on the platform.

（2） After becoming a user of this platform, you may enjoy the relevant rights to access platform services in accordance with this agreement and platform rules, including but not limited to registering as a member, attending meetings, submitting papers, conducting surveys, and other services.

（3） You have the right to independently set and modify your platform account password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account registered in your name (including but not limited to membership registration, attending meetings, submitting papers, conducting surveys, etc.).

（4） The platform implements real name authentication for registered users. Please provide the platform with true and accurate registration information, including but not limited to real name, ID number, unified social credit code, contact number, etc. At the same time, please update the registration information in a timely manner when the relevant information is actually changed.

（5） You have the obligation to protect the security of your account and password, and not to transfer or lend your user account on this platform to others in any form without authorization; If the account information is leaked due to your personal reasons, all losses resulting from it shall be borne by you personally.

（6） You have the obligation to cooperate with the platform to jointly safeguard national laws, regulations, and administrative rules, and not publish information that violates intellectual property or other legitimate rights and interests, violates social public interests or public order and good customs, or violates relevant regulations of this platform

（7） You have an obligation to cooperate and ensure the normal operation of the platform. Please do not engage in hacking activities or increase the platform's burden through improper means
