<p style="text-align: center;">文&nbsp; 新，魏清琳</p><p style="text-align: center;">（甘肃中医药大学附属医院针灸中心，甘肃兰州&nbsp; 730020）</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>摘要： 研究目的：</strong> 顽固性面瘫遗留的并发症和后遗症经久难愈，使病人生理及心理上都承受着极大的压力。本文观察药灸百会穴区对顽固性面瘫患者的临床疗效。<strong>研究方法：</strong>将符合纳入标准的 60 例顽固性面瘫患者采用百会穴区药灸治疗，每日 1 次，1 5 天一疗程，参照 House-Brackmann（H-B）面神经功能评价分级标准分别于治疗前和治疗 2 个疗程后记录分级情况，评定临床疗效。 研究结果： 百会穴区药灸治疗顽固性面瘫治愈率 75.0%，总有效率 96.7%。<strong>研究结论：</strong>百会穴区药灸治疗顽固性面瘫疗效显著，操作简便，安全可靠，是中医治疗该病一种全新的方法，值得临床推广应用。</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>关键词</strong>：针灸学；顽固性面瘫；百会</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract: Objective:&nbsp; </strong>To evaluate the clinical efficacy of stone scraping with flexible manipulation of&nbsp; regulating&nbsp; sub&nbsp; health.&nbsp; Methods:&nbsp; according&nbsp; to&nbsp; the&nbsp; patient&#39;s&nbsp; heating&nbsp; Bian&nbsp; stone&nbsp; sub-health symptoms targeted therapy, cupping therapy and flexible orthopedic conditioning, 12 times for a course of treatment, to observe the improvement of symptoms after treatment 3.&nbsp; <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong> in 168 cases of various sub health problems, 162 cases had no symptoms, 5 cases improved obviously, 1 cases&nbsp; were&nbsp; ineffective,&nbsp; and&nbsp; the&nbsp; total&nbsp; effective&nbsp; rate&nbsp; was&nbsp; ninety-six&nbsp; percent.&nbsp; <strong>Conclusion:&nbsp;</strong> Stone scraping with flexible bone is a kind of green conditioning sub-health, no harm to the worthy of a therapy.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key words:</strong> health care; stone scraping; flexible manipulation; clinical observation.</p><p><br/></p>
